With GARBE Infrastructure Invest GmbH, GARBE is launching an independent investment advisory company within GARBE Infrastructure. The managing directors are Dr. Thomas Kallenbrunnen (CEO), Dr. Tobias Brosze (Chief Technical Officer – CTO), and Nikolaos Thomas (CFO/COO).
The new entity gives investors access to infrastructure assets with a focus on Germany and supports municipalities, municipal utilities, and public partners throughout the entire lifecycle of their projects. In doing so, GARBE draws on six decades of execution experience and, above all, technical development expertise across projects in all asset classes. Key focus areas include real estate-related infrastructure investments such as schools or operational buildings, as well as partnerships with municipal utilities and public-sector companies on energy and supply topics. Transformation and innovation themes such as battery storage or data centers are also part of the investment approach.
